Established in 2001, the gardens feature different styles of garden design. These include Japanese, Italian, French, California Mission, and more. Visitors can see nine exhibits at the Gardens of the World throughout the year. One of the most popular exhibitions is the annual Sakura Matsuri festival, which features over 70 trees and flowers blooming. In addition, the gardens feature a wetland trail and 50 acres of old-growth woodlands. Among the other exhibits are an azalea garden and a wisteria-covered bridge.
During the summer, the Gardens of the World presents a jazz concert series. During this time, a variety of top jazz musicians will perform. The concerts will be held on four Sundays in August. Other musicians on the stage will be the Susie Hansen Latin Jazz Orchestra, which will feature the Susie Hansen Latin Jazz Orchestra, and the Late Nite Big Band.
Another popular exhibit is the Shakespeare Garden. Featuring plants that were mentioned in various works by William Shakespeare, the garden combines ancient and contemporary themes. It also features a beautiful chain fountain that is inspired by historic Italian architecture.
